Welcome to Norah’s Haven! I am Jennifer Adebayo, the CEO and founder of our organization. With a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals in need, my journey in healthcare has been driven by a passion for compassionate care and support. My journey into the world of home care began when I cared for a family member who was struggling with daily activities. This experience opened my eyes to the vital role that compassionate support plays in enhancing the quality of life for those in need. I realized how important it is for individuals to receive care in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by familiar faces and memories.

I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, and I have over 10 years of experience in the caregiving field. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of caregiving and hospitality, with a passion for providing exceptional care to those in need. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients, each with unique needs and stories. This has enriched my understanding of how to provide personalized care that truly makes a difference.

At Norah’s Haven, I believe that every client deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. My approach to care is rooted in empathy, active listening, and building genuine relationships with clients and their families. I am committed to fostering an environment where individuals feel comfortable, valued, and empowered to maintain their independence.

Outside of my professional life and beyond the walls of Norah’s Haven, I enjoy spending time with family and being actively involved in community outreach initiatives and volunteer work, demonstrating my commitment to making a positive impact. These activities keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection and support in our lives.

I founded Norah’s Haven because I wanted to create a place where exceptional, compassionate care is the standard. My team and I are dedicated to making a positive impact in our clients’ lives, helping them navigate the challenges of aging or disability while maintaining their dignity and independence.
